Not only was my credit card charged years after using Hallmark.com services, but they will not use chat for customer service support on this issue and customer service via phone only sends you to voice mail. I will have to protest my charge with the credit card company.

Do NOT give Hallmark e:cards your credit card information! You will NOT be able to STOP them from placing charges on your account. Go to the a store and buy a nice card/

Used Hallmark e-card over a year ago and they just charged my cc for an automatic renewal....using an expired card. After three tries to contact someone with customer service, I finally called Chase Bank where the gal there told me they do this all the time...put cc's into autopay and then don't have to pay any attention to expiration dates on card. We put a block on the account for any future debits and have put a cancel request on Hallmark e-card's website.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! If you call their customer service #, you get a recording to leave your phone number and a rep will call you back...but it's been over a week and no one calls. Feedback on their website goes without answers too.

Hallmark were instructed to close our account before the next payment date. Payment was still taken, and all emails on the subject are ignored.

We have tried every which way to resolve the issue through Hallmark, but all attempts are directed back to the "Contact Customer Support" link - which they never answer!!

We now use Jacquie Lawson cards, which are much better.

Horrible customer service! Have been a subscriber for years but this year something changed. They don't send the cards on the right days. Have been trying to contact customer service for 7 days now. Actually got to talk to someone at Hallmark but she "didn't have any contact information for the ecard division." I have sent an email to them every day and have gotten no response except for the automated one. I look like an idiot to my friends and family when their birthday card arrives a month early!

The manager at this store is terrible. She will not let you walk the store without acting like a watchdog. Her sour attitude leaves a bad taste for shopping at this store.

This company has been around a long time, so you would think they would have some really funny cards by now, but it seems like they are too worried about their image to make a really funny card. Their cards are alright, but I like cards from some of the smaller companies that offer more sarcastic cards.

An example is Applesauce Greetings. I just found this site the other day, they have some funny cards and I really liked their tagline. Its funny cuz its true.

Terrible customer service

THE only online cards shop to go to for Good priced cards and excellent quality (as you'd expect from a long standing company)

They have plenty to choose from for all occasions and for every type of person! There isn't really anything bad I can say excpet long live Hallmark... I hope they don't go down the pan like all our other long running companies. Buy from Hallmark to stop this happening !!!

Hallmark forgot chocolates with my order and then re-shipped them a few days after valentines day.. thanks a lot guys!!! Flowers are delivered in a box.. not by a florist. they have flowers that are delivered by a florist but it is easy to fall into the trap as their website does not mention it clearly.
