Brigadier lancer, my experience of the group Is totally different from yours, I have always found the person who runs it rather unpleasant. The group has a very high rate of turnover of members, they come stay a short while and then leave, often very acrimoniously. But perhaps you know the person who runs the group better than I do and get along with them, but remember reenacting should be fun!, its only a hobby after all.

Any one thinking of joining, this "Group" would be better advised to keep their money in their pocket and have a look on here.

Which is the future of reenactment in the South west, where you will find many SWBG "veterans" each with their own experience of the SWBG, none of it good. Some of it positively shocking.
