Horrible Service, Over-priced, Rude Photographer
I will NEVER go back there again. She was rude to my child and me, and I should have taken the hint when I saw her being rude to the customer right before us. Very filthy costumes and set, crystal clear that they dont wash the costumes. Dont fall her sweet voice over the phone, its a completely different story when you meet her in person. Photos are not worth what you have to put your child and yourself through.

Poor customer service. Inflated prices. They use old and visibly dirty costumes for children - not enough care for spread of infectious diseases. Photographer is rude with both parents and children. STAY AWAY!
I totally agree!! The photographer/owner was so rude. She had no respect for children. Her attitude was "its MY way, on HIGHWAY". Also, they used the same costumes, hats etc over and over again on so many kids right in front of us, without even a thought of sanitization. Their entire set had "germs" written all over them. I cannot believe they cater to the "children's picture" segment with such attitude and ignorance. Ridiculous pricing too.
