absolutely terrible customer service.

stay away from them, you may experience the following as i have;

- order cancelled for unknown reason

- people calling from the shop requesting credit card details over the phone

- zero further correspondence for weeks

- no receipt or invoice given or issued

- poor customer responses (if your lucky enough to get one!) clearly showing their inability to read before replying with meaningless information.

- no response received to atleast 5 emails to their 'customer support' over a period of 2 weeks (for which time i had no idea on the status of my order!)

i was very disappointed with their unprofessionalism. stay away!
