Like others, I placed my not inconsiderable order with 4BW's in May 2011. Some of the canvas's arrived a few weeks later but although quite nice, I noticed they were no where near as good quality as some I had ordered previously.

I was told that the large size canvas I ordered was no longer available and was asked what other size I would consider.  I did manage to get a reply from him to my emails back in September.

Now everything has gone very quiet - the answerphone has vanished, emails unanswered and now the web site has vanished.

Doesn't look good for my outstanding £300 worth of canvas - but does anyone have info on whether they're still trading??

I purchased my picture on 1st November, they took my money off me straight away.

I am still waiting 4 weeks on or my order. I have tried to call the number... This just rings out.

I have emailed them about 8 times and nothing!!!

So I have now had to contact my credit crard company who are having to write to FourBlankWalls and reimburse me my money.

The website has now also gone! I think it is awful that this company still takes peoples money knowing their order will never arrive!

I done my research before buying from this company and all the reviews from months ago are really good.

I can not stress enough to u. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMAPNY!

Placed my initial order a year ago and paid in full. Some of the prints arrived but there was an issue with the files for others.

Have been chasing the remainder for months and get no help, just excuses from the owner.

Go to a larger, reputable supplier if you want good service

Received my canvas this morning which is very nice. I paid £15 for it which i thought was a deal and it came 4 or 5 days later which was fine for me. I had wanted my daughters name on the canvas and a message which Fourblankwalls did for me for free. Quite impressed with the service overall. I don't buy a lot of canvas prints but would buy again for birthdays etc should the need arise.

I don't usually write reveiws for companies but thought this one deserved one this time.

Ordered ny canvas on the 5th august and the money was debited from my account on the 8th August. To date after numerous emails (no replies) and phone calls (no one answers) still not received my goods. Will be taking legal action if product has not been received by the end of the week. Four Blank Walls do not deserve the custom!!

Ordered a print for my son's birthday, so delivery on time was important. Didn't get any acknowledgement of my order, so I contacted Four Blank Walls for confirmation that they had received it, and estimate of delivery. Received a very curt email advising that they didn't acknowledge orders. Obviously didn't have it because this was follows a couple of days later by a further email advising that my order had been stuck in the server and it would be despatched within a few days. Didn't get any advice of delivery so contacted them again 10 days later, to be told it was being despatched the next day and would be delivered in 2-3 days. Didn't arrive when promised, so contacted them again, to be told that the courier needed a WEEK to make the delivery! Print arrived eventually, but no means of hanging it (!!) The print is very nice, but I'm not remotely impressed with the service. They seem to treat customers as a bit of a nuisance - not a good way to run a business.

I am very very happy.

I found Fourblankwalls on the net under Banksy Prints and there were several that i wanted to get for my hair salon. I ordered a total of 10 large canvas prints and received these today.

The quality is much better than i expected for the low prices. I have bought from ebay before and these are much much better.

I haven't hung the canvases yet as they are huge but the comments from my customers are already coming in. I will make sure i pass on your website to any enquiries.

I must say that i am very very impressed with Fourblankwalls. I asked them to print several of my family photos onto acrylic prints. At first i was dubious about ordering over the internet but didn't want to pay the huge sums companies such as Venture were charging.

I agreed a price of £140.00 each for seven 80x60cm acrylic prints. Each one had a lot of work that needed doing such as cutting out backgrounds and getting rid of fox spots etc. Fourblankwalls agreed to do this for free as per their website.

I was presented with the 7 finished files a few days later via email and told that i could pay over the phone if that was easier which i opted for.

The prints arrived last week after just 5 days. I was told it could take 2 weeks as there was a lot of work to do so i was thrilled.

I am absolutely delighted. The prints are better quality than your usual canvas type prints and the thicker acrylic makes a massive difference. I now have 7 large prints on acrylic for less than one at rivals.

I must say that i have bought acrylic before on one occassion from a rival supplier and these are not only cheaper but also far superior in qaulity. I am an interior designer by trade and will use this company in the future for any projects that suit.

I don't seem to be able to add photos here so you will have to imagine away!

Received my print this morning from Four Blank Walls. Very happy and will use again in the future.

My experience with Fourblankwalls has been absolutely awful.

When the product finally arrives it's good but the first time took 7 weeks to receive and like the other review I had to deal with staff i felt were very rude, no apology. Apparently the issues were due to staff illness so I tried again, 8 weeks and counting, they've charged me, been rude, not replied to countless emails. I feel like they just keep fobbing me off. Not sure what to do, I agree with other negative review - may have to go to trading standards or watchdog!

I hope I will receive the work but by the looks of things from these reviews, those ordering their Banksy style stuff then you're ok but if you order your own prints they are utterly useless. I would not recommend them as i have been waiting 7+ weeks for a 7-10 day estimated turn around. I cannot stress enough how rude their staff have been to me and how poor my experience has been.
