It worked great then all of a sudden it won't work and says it is trying to connect and blames the problem on a firewall. I uninstalled all security and did everything, and ended up having to do a system restore trying to save my software because tech support never got back to me. I have tried it over and over, and it seems they are now taking money and giving absolutely nothing as far as a product. There is no tech support - no one gets back to you.
