Really easy to setup and manage the booking - would use it again and recommend others do as well. Great way of seeing who had boiught tickets and paid without having to handle the paymens. The rest of the Group found it easy to use and pay for the tickets.
Customer service was also excellent.
Would definitely use it again.

Great Service With Very Helpful Employees
The quality of customer service and personal communication really makes you as a customer feel looked after and the number one priority in the process. As a customer you are kept up to date with everything that is going on regarding the booking process and payment making your job of booking tickets so much easier. Booking for groups through epasy gives you so many perks allowing you to get more out of your money.
I will definitely be using epasy again for future bookings and will be telling friends and family of its great service.

The Epasy system is a great way to collect money for group payments! Took away the stress of collecting in money and having to put it in an account. Would very highly recommend to friends and family.

The New Alton Towers Group Booking System
The system was ok once I had worked it out. Probably very good if you were inviting others to go to the site to pay. I would have liked an option to pay for a group all in one go as initially I didn't think I was able to do this. I would also have liked the two free leader places to have appeared on the final payment page as I was left unsure if they had been included. I realise that you have now sent an e-ticket but as I didn't get one straight away I screen grabbed all the website pages so that I could print them off and take them with me, just in case it hadn't recorded the leader places.
I use merlin attractions quite a lot with my Scouts so next time I will be better with the system. I also like how you can send an invite to friends and have them pay for themselves as anyone who has organised groups before will tell you; getting payments from everyone is the hardest thing... especially when individuals drop out.
All in all a great idea, just needs a tidy up here and there :)

The landing page where you selected the date does describe the customer journey "Simply create an event, then you can invite the group to add their own tickets and pay for themselves. Once all tickets are paid, the FREE leader tickets are added and the entry voucher is emailed to you 3 days before the event."
Your idea to re-iterate these points during your payment process is very useful, thank you.
The "Make Payment" tab allows you to pay the complete balance in one full payment, I am glad this became clear as you familiarised yourself with the new system.

Excellent way to make a group booking without having to pay for everyone & then collect their money.
Slightly tricky to select the tickets to start with but once I cracked it by emailing a friend it worked perfectly.
The assigned person for my events got in touch straight after registration to offer help. A potential mistake was spotted & I was phoned to confirm the transactions were ok.
Very impressed with this level of diligence.

To Epasy Or Not To Epasy...that Is The Question
We did this as a team incentive and as it was the first time we'd used the site and I found the customer service support to be excellent. Our enquiries were dealt with quickly and efficiently and nothing was too much trouble - even when we needed individual passes instead of a group pass etc - it was all accommodated with ease. Navigation and content was in the embryo stages and it was my first time so whilst not a negative, it's probably got a little room for improvement...a little! Thanks and we had a great time too :-)
Thank you for reviewing epasy, your team incentive to THORPE PARK Resort for the Professor Green concert was booked for 7th August whilst epasy was in trial mode. I am glad to announce that epasy was officially launched on 24th August and I really hope you get another chance to use it again soon.
