Taken Money Without Accept

My 9 year old phone was taken extra money from, 10 euro each week for 8 weeks, when I discovered txt nation do not take actions or have propper customer service via email or do not asnwers phones or have disconnected phonenumbers on their site!.and apparently allows many companies to take money through their paysystem without real acceptance and also from minors. This does not smell good.

Same for my 12-year old! I have just spoken to them and they said they will give me a refund, so I am hoping for that now.

I Have Had £200 Pounds Taken From My Phone Account

I have had £200 pounds taken from my phone account by a company called GameLine via multple £4.50 charges to a premium text line. I have never heard off this company or used any of their products. The sham was facilitated by Txtnation - based in an industrial estate in Plymouth. This method has been going on for years between various web sites, Txtnation always as the intermediary and endiing with the large phone companies. There are 1000s of people who have been ripped off in this way. Txtnation will say they are just moving the money around and the the problem is with the company that initially gets your details - usually from a website sham. Why would anyone one pay £4.50 recurring to recieve a text! This has been reported to the PSA another toothless regulator. Dress it up however you like - Txtnation have been knowingly facilitating it for years.

I regard your company on a level with criminals--and the way you suck people in should be a criminal offense certainly in Ireland and are surely the worst crowd of people around at the moment, your main aim is to defraud people of their money and the way you go about it is so slimy and deceptive is hard to believe you are not criminalised for what you do to unsuspecting decent people shame on you, you are no better than criminals on the street

This is my second week into an ongoing financial dispute with this provider, who have charged my network without my authorisation (they were looking to set up a weekly charge which took several conversations with both myself and my network to get canceled). Their albeit pleasant customer service representatives are constantly passing the buck with promises of call backs from various teams but fail to deliver on this simplest of task.

Having charged my mobile without permission or receipt, and their constant dodging of phone conversation in regards to refunding this money leads to concerns of them operating a fraudulent business.

I am now on call number 4 that was meant to occur in a 24 hour time period and they have once again failed to deliver. My last recourse will be a legal one if this is not resolved in the next 24 hours.

Rubbish Customer 'service'

Facilitated a company to take money off me without my knowledge or permission. After some battling, managed to get a promise of a cheque for the amount taken, nearly 4 weeks later and no cheque. Today, sent 4 emails to the person who was 'dealing' with it, no response. Rang customer services, had the phone put down on me, rang back, got told a manager would call me back today, did not happen. Tried to call back, phone lines appeared to be closed. Spoke to someone on live chat, got promised a call back, did not materialise.

Deliver What They Say They Can

Not sure if txtNaton do end users services or give the services to clients but I think its the later. I think they should advetise where the clients customers need to post better. Our experience with txtNation is good. We are set up with txtNation for the UK, and Nordics markets. We know they do good business here and to date its been a good experience. One thing they could do better is their phone system on calling their main offices, sometimes, maybe to to all the calls it can hang!
