They have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. You can call them, e-mail them, criticize them or do what you will, they don't give an s*t about their customers. I am a vendor registered with them and opened an account with them in last November. Very promptly I spent about 40000 rs and took 3 days to courier agreements and court affidavit to them. They opened the account but I never got my first payment. Upon repeated calling and e-mail follow ups, one agent tells me they never received the documents. I mailed the courier receipt to him and all my efforts to talk to him again have gone in vain. They want me to send the documents again & again & again. All it takes on their part is to say No we haven't received the documents and I have to spend 1000 rs and 3 more days each time. It is almost December and I am still awaiting my first payment. This is worse than dealing with government agencies. Also, there is an issue with accepting American Express cards through SOARPAY. Firstly, they charge a higher transaction fee for those and then mark all AmEx transactions as fraud transactions requiring the merchant to ask client for photo ID and card statement from the client. Even after you submit these documents there is no surety that you will get your money. They are like Congress party taking the Indian public for granted. I feel they will not understand till their market share is reduced to 8% or somebody just goes up to the customer service manager and shoots him/her in the forehead. I want to immediately change my service provider to some other as there are more options today. Just that the portal I am hosting my website through has a tie up with these sorry a* company.STAY AWAY FROM SOARPAY

Poor Pre-sales Support And No Testing Provided

We were trying to get Soarpay for non-Indian payment for our site. Soarpay was absolutely horrendous. They need dozens of documents before they let you open account. Surprisingly, SOARPAY provides no place to test your integration with their gateway. SOARPAY has a $250 set up cost (Guess other payment gateway in India also have similar cost so it looks like a cartel) When we called their helpdesk, they bluntly said that they cannot help unless you pay the set up cost. And the most ridiculous thing is that there is no way of testing the link before it actually goes live. When asked soarpay, they said that you can make small 1-10 Rs real transactions to test!! SOARPAY probably has clients till larger International players are not allowed to operate in India or someone else starts a more user-friendly operations. Till date many of us have to bear their service.

We Use Soarpay Company For Our Ecommerce Website.o

We use Soarpay company for our eCommerce website.One of my customers has disputed a $2,860.00 charge with his credit card company. We provided all the order information including shipping detail and proof of delivery but it didn’t get resolved and they don’t tell us the reason. They don’t help us at all and provide any phone customer service. We will have to talk to our bank and lawyer now. What a waste of my time and energy!!

He Has Asked For Personal Identification Informati

He has asked for personal identification information that I am not willing to provide, i.e, copy of passport and copy of a document verifying my address such as a utility bill. It is forcing me to forego any further dealing with him. They act like the Gestapo or SS and will not talk to you on the phone or provide any explanation.
