Redego were right when they informed me that all Umbrella Companies should give the same amount of take home pay, as all Umbrella Companies use the same HMRC calculations. What does differentiate them is their fee and their level of service, and I am happy to say that both Redego's Price and their customer service levels are fantastic! I used to be with the biggest Umbrella Company (no names)and I would be lucky if I could speak to a real person once in every ten times I called. With Redego they always answer the phone and always know who I am. They are definitely not a faceless organisation!
