ItzCash Card Prepaid card

I went to look at ItzCash after reading the rave reviews on review centre and then found out it is not available in the UK - only in India!

One of the shortcomings of review centre is that it does not really provide a true review. ItzCash is presented as an outstanding version of its type, but if isn't available where I am it isn't much help to me.
