I never have seen such people in my life. Look at their website and plans. They have their traps set at right places. I had no idea of the ill practices in the payment industry that is why I trusted instamojo but they took advantage of this. I believed in everything what they said. But they took all my sale money. Never trust instamojo.

I was so happy when my account got approved by instamojo but soon I got the sting of reality. They are nothing like they claim. You have to run for them for payments. I dropped them hundreds of mails but not positive turned out. These cheaters have my Rs. 40,000. Now I am losing hope that I will get my money back. This my experience with Instamojo. If you are reading this text, please consider before moving ahead.

Recently one of my fried got victimized by them. This company has kept his 9 lacs and now they are denying the amount. He has tried several steps to recover the sum but still no output. There many similar stories of Instamojo. I request all the people please think wisely before going ahead with them.

I own an online ecommerce website in India. About 10 months, I took the service of instamojo for selling my products as I heard a lot about them. But, choosing them proved biggest mistake for my business. Last year I got good business of around 50 lakhs but these shammers paid me only 20 lakhs that too lots of efforts. I am still waiting for my rest of the amount which is around 30 lakhs. They are doing nothing but giving lame responses. I even contacted the real person behind Instamojo but haven’t got my money. I have filed case against them and guess what? I am not only sufferer. There are many others like me. I will take my money that is for sure but, people reading this review, just keep distance from these shammers.

He uses the same $490.00 gateway setup fee to get merchants out of money. He will approve you for an account, just so they can debit your account $490 even when they haven’t provided you anything. They will approve you for an account, and then immediate the same department will close your account. They do this so they can obtain your bank account and routing information so they can illegally debit your account the $490 gateway setup fee. When you call them you have to talk to sales and immediately they will say no. They say they will refer you to 3 other processors they deal with and these processors are bigger artists than Instamojo. He sent us one so called merchant provider that when you Google’s their 800 number, it came up with a bunch of complaints of telemarketers and other things. When you looked up their domain it was nothing more than a website that looked like a 2 year old bought it. Instamojo knows that if you have a business checking account, there is no way to dispute a non-authorized transaction, only for personal accounts. So that’s one reason why they ask for your banking information immediately when you’re not even approved. DO NOT GIVE HIM THIS INFORMATION UNTIL YOU KNOW AFTER A FEW DAYS THEY DIDNT CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT. 

I am the user of Instamojo from 3 months. And to be truthful, I find them pathetic. From last 3 months, I am continuously struggling to collect payments. I have to run for my own money, lame services. Their team doesn’t even know how to talk to customers. I am really done with them. Save for money stay away from them.
