Mini credit lent me a £100 loan about 4 years ago, I actually got £81, when time came to repay I was in hospital due to a nervus breakdown, they helped themselves to £25 a week out of my bank account, this I would of thought would of settled the matter. No it does not I currently have a bill of around £800 from these muppets.

There not willing to enter into any agreements on a repayment plan, most payday lenders will but not mini credit.

They seem to send everyone who is late with repayments a letter saying there send an agent to there door from what I have found no one seems to ever of had a vist despite this charge of £100

They have used multipul collection agencys some of whom are just aggressive they did at one time use fredricksons however they stopped doing business with them. I wonder why

Since then I have been contacted by a number of dc quiet clearly sending out login details via email to an old work address some of them threatened to come to the street I lived on and watch me how I live they never did.

They have used there own in house company a number of times they seem to change every now and then they are quiet happy to do a settlement offer through.

Minicredit has never shown up on my credit search, they do not supply yearly statements after a number of years it does get boring they also have no record of the 25 a week they took from my account and ask me to prove it.

Just says all you need to know best this company is avoided at all costs you get better service with some of the other big names out there.

do not use this company my loan for 150 in no nearly 500 pounds over 1 month i am now on a debt plan and i have rang to speek to minicredit but there custermer care teem are dreadful i dont no how they can get away with it

i was able to set up a debt plan with my other company

Avoid this company,i have borrowed one time of 100 from them,i couldnt pay it back,so i'm extended the loan everythink was ok,in a couple week time i payd it off(thats it cleared).after 4month i had to come back to minicredit to ask for some cash they increased the amount i can borrow this time 150 i have to pay back 235 mmmm... but i have no choice ok i borrowed,on one day before due day i have no money for full amount i disided to extend,and what you think the rollover diclined it means by tomorrow i have to pay a full amount.I contacted them by phone they don't want even talk to you they just explaining what charges will be aded if you dont pay them back.My advice people if you are in financial dificulties i know you need money but with this company you will be in more bigger trouble.From my own experience the best payday company is WONGA

I have used MiniCredit three times, and I have had nothing but good results, no hidden charges, I've recommended it to various friends also, and its probably one of the best payday loan sites I've used.

I TOOK OUT A LOAN... THEY TOOK OVER £19 SO FOR A £100 LOAN I ENDED UP WITH £80. NO MENTION OF THIS BEFOREHAND.

OK SO I PAID THE LOAN BACK. TOOK ANOTHER LOAN DUE TO FAMILY EMERGENCY AND AGAIN PAID THAT BACK.

AFTER PAYING THAT BACK UNFORTUNATELY I HAD A STREAK OF BAD LUCK IN THE FAMILY AND HAD TO TRY FOR ANOTHER LOAN TO GET TO A FAMILY MEMBER WHO WAS SERIOUSLY ILL..... THEY COULD ONLY OFFER ME £100... WHICH IN REALITY WAS ONLY £80. BUT I HAD PREVIOUSLY TAKEN A LOAN FOR £400 AND PAID IT BACK... EARLY!!!

SO I SENT A MESSAGE ASKING WHY? I HAD TAKEN LOANS PAID ON TIME... WHAT WAS THE PROBLEM.

THEIR ANSWER.... A COMPUTER DECIDES NOT THEM. OK BUT MY CIRCUMSTANCES HAVE CHANGED BUT FOR THE BETTER... IM IN A BETTER PAID JOB NOW ETC.

SO ITS BETTER TO GO ELSE WHERE FOR MONEY OR JUST SAVE UP.

THESE PEOPLE DONT TREAT YOU LIKE A CUSTOMER... THEY ARE LAUGHING AT US! WE NEED THE MONEY FOR EMERGENCIES ETC SO THEY HAVE THE CHEEK TO TAKE A FEE WITHOUT TELLING YOU BY TAKING IT AWAY FROM YOUR LOAN... THEN CHARGING HUGE FEES.

BE CAREFUL GUYS... THERES ALOT OF REVIEWS OUT THERE SO BE CAREFUL. IF YOU CANT SAVE BEFOREHAND THEN USE A GOOD PAYDAY LENDER AND AVOID THESE LIKE THE PLAGUE.

I have had my share on payday loans from many companies (and been refused by just as many!) but this lot are, by far, the worst.

It started off well, paid off every month and then fell into trouble when my husband becamei ill. They refused to help, constantly phoned my house, mobile and work! After i told them the reason, they then threatened me (wish i had recorded this conversation!) and continued to phone my work telling everyone i worked with who they were etc.

Incredibly un-professional company, bullies and unpleasant.

Please stay away if you can......

The Website looks very professional but don't be fooled these people are back street Loan Sharks. The whole setup is designed to relieve you of money at every stage of the process - and lots of it!

If you are approved for a loan it will normally be for a small amount around £100-£200. The loan is sent to your bank account within a few minutes but you pay £19.50 for the privelige, this extortionate fee is taken upfront so your £100 ends up being £80.50.

So after 30 days you will end up paying £130 for £80!!

If you are one of the lucky ones you will pay up and if you have any sense never use the service again.

If you are struggling to find the repayment as no doubt many people will, do not be tempted to roll over the loan on the website as you will be charged £5.50 just for applying to do this and the probability is you will get a message on screen saying "unable to rollover loan, payment due date remains the same" and you are now £5.50 worse off.

It is at this point the reality of the situation hits home - if you are not able to pay on time the first day late you will be charged £25, then the third day overdue they will charge another ridiculous charge of £55.

It get's worse they will try and debit your card at least 3 times a day and charge £3 for each failed attempt which as far as i am aware would not have any cost to them. Interest will continue to accrue at £1 per day for every £100 This effectively means you will pay £10 every single day you are overdue on top of default charges.

After being 30 days late another £100 debt collection fee is charged

A quick calculation on being overdue 1 month on your £100 loan will mean you owe a MASSIVE £610

The company do not agree to payment plans and continue adding charges for as long as they feel like it.

It is also very hard to contact the company by phone as they charge premium rate and are well known to keep people holding for ages to make even more profits. If you do finally get through you will be given short shrift by the rude and awkward staff who have obviously been trained to be evasive and intimidating.
