I dont even know what has happened I've just seen a payment to eclick money on my bank so I've checked it out and these jokers have taken the best part of £70 off me. Checked out thhese reviews and something is obviously going wrong. So far the number has gone to voicemail so we'll see what's what soon.

Avoid unless you've got £70 that you don't really want and would rather give to some bellend you've never met.

This company is a disgrace! I never applied for this company yet they took £69.95 out of my account I am so angry because the bank hasn't been helpful about it either, unfair to do this to people!!

This has left me short for the month and has caused me a lot of trouble! I know its not a huge amount but ever penny counts. Its just disgusting!

Worst company ever to get intouch with. Never recommend them.

The address for lenders direct is now eClick money, which was wher first point money and direct lenders were. So they have changed name again which makes getting email address and contact numbers hard to get hold of. Also if that doesn't t work ring your bank and tell them it was you who authorised the transaction. HOPE THIS HELPS

Use taken money from my bank on Friday now saying use haven't but yes use have £69.75

what a horrible company I have reported them through my bank 

I want my money back I have written to them several times and nothing

Your not allowed to swear on here pitty, I was looking for a loan for a few days got a 6 month to look after n these asses took £69 out my bank without my permission I have reported to my bank asked them for a refund which they said last week I would get still haven't got it n it's now Wednesday I don't care who they r but when I find out they will wish they gave my refund ages ago I will keep contacting them surely they need to be closed down there company only worth £2000

the company has taken money from my account, I did not sign anything and it isn't until you enter your bank details on the online form that you find out that there is a fee, if I wanted to pay a fee I would not be needing a loan. I understand that £5 of the fee is non refundable but I need this money back, I needed a loan to get a new washing machine but because of this money being taken I have had to source this expense another way. You should tell people up front about the fees before people apply. I would like a full refund minus the £5 fee. Ridiculous

i stopped the forms when i realized they are brokers, i signed NO direct debit agreement but they still took the money, my bank and visa are investigating

I've been charged 69.00 aswell and I did not get a loan I've sent a email to watch dog they took my money out and they will pay it back. Because trade standards are involved in this company taking money off people. Plus I unscripted from these people aswell and they still took the money. Learn direct you are a rip off and you wonder why people get in debt.
