sent my dvd's and never got the money for over a year now.

Back in 9/20/13 I sent them a total of 10 items totaling $30.15; I am still waiting for my check - It's been over a year!!!!!

Still waiting... Sent two parcels on the same day last January, should have been about £80 pounds worth of dvds according to the list.This was for my son, as it was his dvds and he was saving up for a kayak.We never seen the money... after several attempts to get money have given up. Please don't do what we did and be ripped off.

BEWARE of this company i sent 170 dvds in januray 2014 not a word from them or any money, sick of sending emails they reply staff looking into it 9 months later.

I sent in my items July 2013 and never received my money. I emailed many times and kept on getting some generic B.S. answer. About a year after their U.S. site was shut down. Basically they stole all my items. Do not use this company.

Following the glossy on-line advertisement for making money at Zumu, I sent them my CD's as directed. That was mid January 2014. Despite many emails from me and apologetic replies from them, I still have not received any payment. It's now September 2014. They say that they're so busy they can't manage to get the payments off. Avoid them like the plague is my advice to you. The review host asks me to write what was liked and disliked about the service. Above is what I didn't like. What did I like? Nothing so far! The review host also asks what I would like to have known before my association with this company. I would like to have known that the actual service bears no relationship to the service offered in the advertisement. I sent my DVD in December 2013. the quote have been £16. is August and i don't have DVD or Money,

I've been digging around and like loads of others lost money when these rip off merchants went bust and now I hear they have set up as another website called gotrademystuff what ever you do do not use this website - it is basically the same as Zumu.

They have called their company Grey Square Media trading as Gotrademystuff and the directors are different but I got the liquidators report and found that Ouzman who set up zumu was hired by the new company as a manager - basically he runs it. Be warned they have no intention of paying anyone. They went bust in the USA and also the UK owing nearly 1 million.

They are selling everything on ebay and Amazon so if you know what name the are selling as boycott them also - they are selling off our property having not even paid for it !!!

Along with many other people, I trusted Zumu's site. Back in Dec 2013 I sent off 4 boxes of CDs valued at £84. Along with everyone else I never received a penny. I emailed 3 times. I actually rang twice and was told the cheque was in the post. although the business appears to have closed I wonder if WatchDog, CAB, Don't get Don get Dom etc would help our cause?
