Few of my family members have been refused sales in this shop and ignored by certain staff members for no reason. If they are a paying customer they shouldn't be refused or told to leave store due to a matter outside the work.

Owners have no class refusing sales of balloons for 2 children.

Will certainly not be back and will make sure everyone knows it!!

Think the papers might need to be told sure they will like to hear all about it

I have ordered from this company twice now and on both occassions have been impressed at the level of customer service.

One of the items I initially ordered got broke on the way to them (good to know that they inspect items before sending them out)and they contacted me straight away to let me know and offered me several other options of the same or higher price.

The items were then delivered quickly, well packaged (even with free delivery) and the customer service was fantastic - great people who are more than willing to help.

I would highly recommend.

The Present Shop sells a whole range of collectable products. It has loads of gift ideas that could be used for Christmas presents. I saw this choke the chicken game that I'll be getting my Dad.
