Be very wary of buying anything from: The Indicator Guys; Zendicators; Dynamic Indicators. In fact, I suggest you don’t buy anything from them!! Whether run by whoever. I purchased a 3-in-1 package of DTO, HTS and Scalper of TiG back in mid-2015 for ~£800. He remotely installed their software on ShareScope and TradeStation for me, but DTO and HTS were never installed correctly. He then disappeared off the radar, rarely returning my emails and failing to correct the installation, even after agreeing a few dates to do so.

Then he told me that he had sold the company and I should contact someone else from Zendicators. He told me I had to pay £150 to get thing working with new software upgrade, even though original package was sold with a free lifetime support and upgrades. I initially refused, but eventually foolishly agreed to pay reduced £64 in May 2016, to get Zendicator’s new software installed on TradeStation and MT4. He immediately disappeared off the radar, even though he had offered a money return guarantee if I was not satisfied.

Rip-off merchants who take your money. Clearly legal action is needed against this (these) criminal(s).

Lessons learnt:

1. Do not pay money direct into personal accounts, even if discount is offered. Far better to pay through Paypal/Credit Card who can more help settle disputes

2. Do not trust any trading software unless it comes with a fully operational free trial period, min 14 days. If they aren’t willing to provide a free trial period, the software is probably no good anyway

3. Do not trust any trading software if you cannot freely download complete user manual in advance. What TiG provided was very lazy with minimal instruction, also too many pages spent on legal conditions

4. Do not buy any black-box trading system anyway. They will all fail eventually whatever, as markets are constantly changing

Rip-off i've paid for the whole swing trading system false advertising did not get all the materials and training as promised no customer service at all our helpline no working telephone not working office total scheme trying to pursue legal action to get my money back

I purchased the Squeeze indicator from the Indicator Guys. It's a great indicator combined with my basic system. He is very polite and helps me with all my questions....even in the weekend.

This is a very reliable company with a great service!

I purchased the Day Trader One system 1 month ago after being recommended to it by a friend. I can honestly say that this system is worth every God dam penny.

Being a newbie trader to forex, the Day Trader One system has a really nice platform which makes it easy on the eye.

Before using the system, I had a consequtive string of losing trades. However, since purchasing the system I have been averaging about 8 to 10 points per day. It has really took the stress out my trading.

The final thing which adds the cherry on the top of the Day Trader One system is the excellent customer service. All my queries are replied back to promptly and was offered useful guidance on learning to use the system.

Top product! Definitely a 10 out of 10!

After scouring the web high and low for an indicator to help me find low value stocks to trade i found the indicator guys, they had a pretty snazzy site and a live chat so i got stuck in. I got a live chat and an advisor helped me quite promptly, i explained my needs and picked at his brains and was recommended a product called the TiG Value Chart it seemed to describe what i was looking for so I purchased it through the rep who directed me to a payment page. The indicator was sent to me about 10 minutes later after i gave my account number and I installed it using an online video from their support site.

I had some issues setting up an alert which was mentioned int he manual i was sent so back to the online chat i went and 10 minutes later presto i have alerts setup..

All in all a great experience. I was also given a 10% off coucher for my next purchase, Im eyeing up their system called The Home Trading System buy ill wait and see, alot of readin to do first.
