They Auto Renew The Subscription Without Any Expre

They auto renew the subscription without any express permission, and with no way to cancel it. I deleted my CC# from my account, and emailed to request my subscription be canceled, but they keep charging it.

I had to call Visa, and have my card canceled.

After purchasing 2 lines at a reduced amount by debit card, I informed them by e-mail I did not want to renew. Not only did they not reply, they continued to debit my account. Their "live" support continually states they're not on line at the moment & to leave a message, which I did & which they ignored. I also left a message on the "contact us" form which they ignored too. Finally, they also don't answer their phones.
