I came to play mara pets again only to be disappointed that after logging in I noticed that my account was banned when i clicked the auction house page. I had spent quite a while in the past playing and had 120,000mp point from playing the game and buying and reselling on it.It suspected that I had more than one account which wasn't true at all as I only had the one account.

I am so disappointed with my Marapets experience recently! I have been using this site for years, it was one of my favorites! Now, I couldn't be more angry with it. I just went to log on a few days ago and my account had been banned because of multiple accounts that I did not have. When I tried to email the company, they claimed to have found nine separate accounts using my email. They refused to reactive my account which I had been working very hard on. They staff member I spoke with was very rude to me and even after I pleaded with them, they still wouldn't give me my account back. I don't even want to use Marapets anymore. For anyone thinking about using this site; don't. I'm positive that there are better ones out there.

I joined a very long time ago and I was playing the game and got banned. I emailed them and was told I had multiple accounts when I only had that one account. This is very upsetting because I have had that account for So long only to be banned. :(

I joined around 2007 and played on and off for about 6 years. I spent hours drawing and selling collectable art on the game and eventually became very "successful." That sounds peachy doesn't it? Well, when you have siblings, and they want to move stuff from their account to yours after you quit, they forget that is against the game "rules". Naturally being outraged, I complained. After being notified that my account of 6 years will not be reactivated, I realized that THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS OR PLAYERS. 6 years of dedication playing and supporting their website was returned in the form of a permanent ban for something I did not directly cause.

There is really great people on marapets and it is also a really great site in general. I've been playing since 08 and ever had a problem with the staff members until the past 2 years when I was banned for no reason and no marapets staff replied to my mails. I began a new account and now I'm noticing the staff members favoring members over others and letting them get away with more. People who aren't favorites of the staff are banned from chat features for longer and can't do anything. The staff members also are very rude and act as if they have more power over many other members. At times even threatening to come down on them with a "ban hammer" and a smiley emoticon. It's quite unfair in a lot of ways but not a bad site. The owner needs to review his staff before allowing them to moderate and have control.

When your new and on the forums people harass you, they bully you and then everyone else turns against you. People are only nice to you if you're "cool" and are "well known". Overall the game play is fun.... But I suggest you skip the community/forum part and stay quiet on that game :P Staff are okay.... Sometimes they don't give that much help but its still help (but when you e-mail them they hardly respond back at all)

I've been playing Marapets for three years now. It is an addictive site with lots of features. The games, however, are time consuming, though the graphics are quite good, it lacks that "fun" factor. The website is targeted mostly for young children though older teens and even adults played it as well. Since Marapets is free based site, it lacks the quality but it is educational for children. The site has lots of adds but since there are lots of things to do it is quite addictive especially for children who can sit still.

I discovered Marapets.com in 2007 when I clicked on an ad while playing Neopets. I had already spent 4 years as a player there and was not pleased about many things. I was frustrated mostly about the amount of neopoints I'd get from the flash games. Playing them over and over, and over; didn't seem to make my neopoints grow enough! On top of the fact that the limit of 1000 neopoints per game and I only had like 5 favorites, I wasn't interested in any of the other flash games in the site. Repetitive activities, plus a Tombola that rarely gives you something worth visiting for. Neopets constantly kept changing the ratio of neopoints for their flash games, that is absolutely annoying! And spammers and scammers were reported and nothing was ever done about them. Tired of all that, Marapets was the best choice, it has everything Neopets has, plus you are indeed listened to when you report problems and scammers! Marapets has a SPAM forum, where spammers can post without hurting anyone! Not to mention the Adult Forum, where adults can speak about more serious subjects, exchange news, weather gossip, consult things about college, and lately there was a person who wanted input about publishing a book! The community is very strong and it is hard to leave the fun to be anywhere else in the web frankly!

Marapets is a fun free and safe virtual pet website. Lots to do on Marapets, and its really easy for new coming members to understand. You can make a virtual pet take care of it feed it play with it and earn up "money" wich is fake virtual money or like points that is called Mp wich stands for Mara ppoins. You can save up your Mp and buy any virtul item, like a costume or potion that can change your pet into a rare speices or color. The staff members treat you with respect and actually care what you have to say. There are help fourms for players that or new or just have a question about Marapets. Marapets could use a better filter on fourms wich is a free chat but other then that little kids can play without parents having to worry about what they are doing on there. Yes it's addicting because its so much FUN!! You can buy upgrades wich are donations to Marapets but you also get prizes for donating. Join and you will see everything that i talked about and more.
