Bitzino’s website is definitely flashy and pleasant to look at, but do not let looks deceive you from what is happening behind the scenes. If you look past the pretty shell, you will find that Bitzino has a long history of deceit and theft. They refuse to pay their players without providing much of an excuse or cite their terms and conditions that have clearly NOT been violated. Bitzino really takes it upon themselves to issue strict justice to innocent gamblers and this is why I am writing this review. I am not exactly sure when I joined them and made my first deposit, but I can say right now that I am sorry I ever did that. I have always had issues with payouts, but the problems became a lot worse as the time progressed. If the payouts took around a week in the beginning, they now take around 6 weeks on payments worth 20 BTC or more. I do not think that I should wait this long for my Bitcoin from Bitzino, but obviously Bitzino thinks the opposite. It has already become a theme with Bitzino – not responding to my emails or messages and not trying to find me an appropriate solution. Even smaller payouts are taking forever – my withdrawal of 1 BTC is still pending from a 3 months ago. I think I will literally end up waiting forever. Even though they have paid me out my 25 Bitcoin from earlier, this is taking way too long and I am tired of waiting and trying to contact them. I am getting nothing in reply to my emails and this is getting very frustrating. I hate being left hanging!

I think I may have been way too trusting when it comes to my Bitcoin when I joined the online gambling site called Bitzino. I don’t even know what made me join – I don’t especially like their website and I did not have a good feeling about them from the very beginning. Usually I love to gamble online but Bitzino completely killed the joy. I skimmed over their bad reviews online and most of them focused on the fact that they were manipulating games to take Bitcoin from the gamblers. I refused to believe that such a thing exists in the Bitcoin world, especially on the open Web and not on the Darknet, but I should have listened to my gut feeling. I converted $3,000 into BTC and played a couple of Bitzino’s games. When I was down to 1 Bitcoin I started getting annoyed because by then I should have won something, whether a small or a large amount. Wins weren’t happening. I decided to go on one of the forums where gamblers discuss online casinos and Bitzino was labeled as a known scammer. I should have known! Their winning odds are inexistent and all they do is take your Bitcoin, and cheat you. I experienced it first hand. I have not heard from Bitzino’s customer services just yet and I am not even getting my hopes up.The annoying thing is that I still have that 1 BTC I’d like to get back but I am not sure how to go about it. I certainly do not want to play anymore, but I can’t seem to withdraw it either. Please take care with Bitzino!

Here’s a simple truth for some experienced and not so experienced online gamblers. I had an uneasy feeling about Bitzino, but unfortunately for me I chose to ignore the bad feeling I had about this website. Thanks to Bitzino I now have close to 5 Bitcoin missing somewhere and all I can do is listen to their excuses. Here’s what happened. I opened an account with Bitzino, even though I wasn’t really feeling it at the time. I suppose I only opened an account to test them out and see if their winning ratio corresponds to some of the feedback that I’ve read online. So, when my account became fully active, I deposited 4 BTC into it. I played a couple of games, but I could never quite win anything big and I decided to withdraw. When it comes to withdrawals Bitzino has a different plan for your Bitcoin – they’d just rather take your money from you. I submitted a withdrawal request and waited for a while for them to review my ID. This went fine and they told me my BTC was on the way to my wallet. It didn’t appear after a couple of hours and I started getting nervous. When I contacted Bitzino to find out what was going on, I was told that it was out of their control and they had no idea where my Bitcoin was. What the hell are they doing? I can’t believe they’re denying any involvement, because I am convinced that one of their staff just transferred the Bitcoin into their own account. I even checked Blockchain and I saw it with my own eyes – my Bitcoin was transferred to someone else. Bitzino stole it. Stay away!

The way they run their operations is entirely unethical and I want to warn other people against using this online casino because of a high risk of being ripped off. I have quite a lot of Bitcoin to spend and I enjoy online gambling, but not when a seemingly legit online casino, like Bitzino, take my hard earned crypto currency. My initial deposit of over 2 Bitcoins at the time when BTC was at $900 per coin went through ok, and I was able to play for a while without any issues at all. My winnings were paid out to me in a timely manner on a regular basis, but that stopped very quickly - as soon as I won a larger than normal amount. I wanted to withdraw my winnings quickly because Bitcoin was starting to slowly lose its value, but Bitzino obviously had other ideas. I kept getting an error message when trying to withdraw my Bitcoin into my wallet, and I sent a message describing the issue to Bitzino’s support team. The ticket was left unanswered for more than two weeks. During this time I was still playing and had a few more, albeit smaller wins. My ticket was still unanswered. By the time Bitzino decided it was finally time to send me a reply, Bitcoin was down by $200. I feel like I was scammed out of a portion of my winnings because it seems Bitzino was just waiting to see if they could pay out significantly less than what they actually owed to me. Their customer support is slow and inefficient and withdrawing my Bitcoin took way too long. I have lost money and I will definitely never deal with Bitzino again.
