Usual games and slots here. I have played on several sites and this has to be one of the most frustrating ones ever! Bingo rooms have ridiculous amounts of players and games over very quickly. The slots just seem to be lights on but nobody home kind of thing, got the feeling I could spend 24 hours playing them but they would never register more than a couple of pound win. Really felt this site lacked life despite large variety of games and huge amount of players

I am disgusted with Crown bingo. They have been taking money from my account for years with no problems, but as soon as I want to withdraw (£50 winnings) they tell me I need to send a photocopy of my Passport, Driving Licence, Birth Certificate, Household bill and a copy of my credit card. Be warned, they are happy taking your money but make it very difficult for you to withdraw any winnings. They don't ask for any of this information when taking money from your account, but as soon as they have to pay out they claim it is for your 'protection'. I was not happy sending my personal information, so I could not withdraw my winnings. I will never give them another penny ever again.

had problams with website said that I had not deposited so tried a few times,l thene all of a sudden said I had 400 pound played a little and got up to 481. as I had won and I decided to withdraw.

They asked for id gave id, felt like i was a theif the way they asked questions took a few days to get them to process details as my passport and bank statment and photocopy of my card was not good enough.

anyway after feeling like a nervouse wreck as i feel as if they where going to steal money.

tried to log in on the thirdf day and my account had been closed down.

went on live chat and all they would say is my account had been closed and nothing i could do.

well to cut a long story short took 5 hours of complaining and contacting trading standards for theme top do anything they voided transactions after a long time of arrguing with theme.

they say that id departmant is seprate abut not sure if that is true be careful even thinking of letting any of your money go.

as they are based in gurnsey you are not protected buy uk law, as a hint dont part with your money and if you have had bad treatment from these people LET PEOPLE KNOW if i had known would not have used.
