Prizes don’t arrive and they don’t reply back to your emails and its the only way to contact them so its pointless waisting your time on it tbh had big hope on spending the gift card on my little boy only to be let down pure joke!!....

"Won" two prizes they never arrived no reply to emails sent enquiring ? 

Notified of my win in December and still awaiting it's delivery, having only been able to contact the company by email as there are no phone numbers available to communicate my complaint. No one has ever returned correspondence by phone only emails saying how sorry they are and that it's on it's way, yeah right!!! Thre months gone and I still haven't recur ex the cash alternative , really disappointed with the site having had my hopes crushed when wanting to use this money to make my families Xmas and new year all the more rewarding !

I ave been entering comps for very long time - but havent won a thing 

Been with them for over 18 months and all I get are salespersons ringing constantly,and junk mail, maybe I would not mind if I had at least won something in all this time.Total waste of my time.

I was UN-enthused to say the least with my time on this site. In fact I would probably rather poke myself in the eye than use it again.

I have only recently discovered the joys of online competition sites, and this one is PANTS

It is not easy to navigate, I was bombarded with spam, and it all looks a bit like my daughter created the home page on PAINT – especially the unnecessarily rubbish Fox looming over every page.

Poor work Topfox – very disappointing – lazy prizes (lots of gift cards)

Agreat site. As said above not well known but very reliable and have had no spam or junk since i joined 6 weeks ago.Also i won ps3 slim but took the cash alternative which was offered

I agree - decent range and it sems like the prizes get drawn pretty regularly.

I think not many people have heard about this site. A lot of the other competition sites you go to, you can tell you and half the planet had already registered. With this one, its definitely quieter. I won some amazon vouchers.

Good competitions, plenty of variety and an easy to use web site. I signed up a couple of weeks ago and I havent received any marketing emails. They seemed to be a pretty reliable site for competitions.
