I am really astonished by their service and especially their prices.. i do think they should perhaps increase the prices a little? Don't know, but I think most people would think negatively when they see such low prices but I have been with them for about 9 months now and all i have seen is great responsive and helpful people that don't just forget about you after payment, in fact they didn't even ask me to pay until i was totally happy with my website (and trust me, I EXTREMELY hard to please!)

I would recommend anyone anytime.

I'm seriously suprised at how great their service is and the value for money i got forr my website... they've helped me everytime i needed something, even for the small things that most people would know. The website turned out to be just as i imagined it at the start, got a great logo made too together with the site. They're very professional in their work and their support response is very quick.

And the logo I received was totally thought up by them because I just couldn't think of one that could fit with my business.

Overall, I'm very satisfied with everything. Definitely recommend it!!

The service is incredible. The guys on the phone are always so helpful. I changed my mind about the style three times but they did it happily every time .. I would strongly recommend at least discussing what your looking for with them

Our website was up online just a day after we signed up, so that was the first thing that I quite liked. They showed me the design before I paid, this was very reassuring.

Our business involves clients making their appointments online so they made us an online appointment system where people can now just click on the date through a calendar and select the available times. Whereas before we had to take phone calls and look through our book manually to fit appointments. This really helped us avoid unnecessary time spent on this particular task, so we spend more time focusing on the more important things.

Furthermore, the speed is great! It's really very responsive and loads smoothly. We also have our own content management system which has made is so much easier for us to add pages, edit content and provide our customers with intructional videos.

As for price and quality, the price is extremely low if you compare it to other website providers or even hosting alone. There is a company called 1and1 who provide websites at similar prices, but their sites are all too simple and anyone can have the same website as you. So if you don't mind your site to look the same as another company or individual then 1and1 is not bad but they charge you extra for hosting. Whereas with these guys I got hosting, domain and website. It's just what you prefer, but I personally think Verlucci is more professional with better quality and pricing compared to 1and1.

Great value for money. Have now been with them for about 2 years and their support can't be matched. Opening our online store was an easy process because we didn't have to do anything ourselves. Everything was ready to go and all we did was add products. Our site was up in Google's first page within about a two weeks and that was quite surprising really, seeing the amount they charge.

Their online support is quick and to the point, and they always seem to have someone there to answer.

Unlinke Volusion or other companies, they don't have a limit on products. We have unlimited access to product addition and our own CMS and we're very happy how we've bee workig together and how their input has been great in the success of our online business.

I would definitely recommend anyone to consider Verlucci before embarking on a long-term agreement with other company, because Verlucci doesn't have any minimum term contract so it's quite a good feeling to know we can stop if the business doesn't do well.
