We reached out to Pinnacle Logo for help designing a logo for our non-profit. We thought we knew what we wanted but as the designs came back, we saw multiple things we wanted to change. Pinnacle was patient and made all the changes we wanted! They were so easy to work with and the changes were made in minutes, not hours! On top of all that, the price was AMAZING! I will totally use them again!

I really had a great experience with getting my logo designed for my startup company. I went with the Featured Package as it included the business card and letterhead layout. I had to take a day or two to decide which logo I wanted to continue with as they were all very good.

Purchased the Enterprise Package. I received the logo samples and

was pleasantly surprised, narrowed my options down to 2 designs with some

revisions, which they provided just as requested. I made my final logo

choice and they provided the business card and letterhead layout for

approval.

I am very pleased with the final package and will recommend Pinnacle Logo

without hesitation.

I had high hopes when I chose Pinnacle to create my new company logo. Their web site had some great looking logo designs. However, when they waited the full four days to send my first designs I was very disappointed. I ordered the package that would provide four designs and I asked that one would be with a particular graphic. They sent all four designs with the the graphic and nothing original. I had created a better looking design on my own on a free site. I don't know why I would pay almost $50 for a logo that looked worse than my freebie. I SHOULD HAVE REQUESTED A REFUND RIGHT THEN. THEY WILL NOT REFUND IF YOU ASK FOR A REVISION. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and asked for a revision. I had to request the same revision three times before they even read what I had wrote. Avoid this place if you are looking for a nice logo and good communication.

Pinnacle Logo is by far the WORST logo design company ever! The artworks looks like a 3 year old drew it, in fact, a 3 year old could probably do better!! They submitted the logo to me at the very last moment and it looked nothing like what I had requested. After I asked for them to revise the logo, they came back with two more designs that were beyond description... I would urge anyone who wants to use this company to STAY AWAY!! They have extremely poor customer service, it takes them days to get back to you, and even then they don't address concerns or questions. SAVE YOUR MONEY!! You're better off drawing your own logo!!!

This is our second order with Pinnacle and once again we are extremely happy with their work. You cannot really put a price on creativity but Pinnacle is a first class service with a more than fair rate structure. Certainly we will never go elsewhere.

We really appreciate having the logo in all the different graphic file formats and this has already been valuable for animating the logo for use in videos.

Pinnacle provided great service and was very fast. The artwork was very good considering I needed something very different and fast. I highly recommend this company.
