My only recommendation would be to clarify the help pages, notably the PHP mail function and the setup for the functions (mention that: SSL disable, host is localhost and SMTP authentication required), but otherwise the service was great. I moved to Bulletproofwordpresshosting after reading reviews and having a terrible experience with my previous Wordpress host. The availability of both live online support and phone support is fine.
