My only recommendation would be to clarify the help pages, notably the PHP mail function and the setup for the functions (mention that: SSL disable, host is localhost and SMTP authentication required), but otherwise the service was great. I moved to Bulletproofwordpresshosting after reading reviews and having a terrible experience with my previous Wordpress host. The availability of both live online support and phone support is fine. As for the uptime, it is very good. I have monitoring software for keeping uptime statistics and so far the uptime is unparralled.

Well, things have been great so far - it was easy to setup the site, forward my domain with Domain Registrar to their nameservers, transfer the files/sql data and so I'm giving it a 5 throughout.
