Yes, PBP is cheap but that comes with the downside of poor customer support. Most things are automated and you can whistle if you want to speak to a human. It has the feel of being run from someone's bedroom.
They have just cut us off for non-payment. All previous invoices were a) sent in advance and b) paid automatically. This time they failed on a and b and we're on our ear, with all the associated embarrassment.
We would have paid more to have avoided the frustration.
