This Icelandic hosting company is not for the non-computer savy and if your an owner of their site , you'll have to constantly email them via the primary email address. They may let you register another email but they'll never use it, they like to quote ICANN rules to everything. The Help / Tickets are not designed for developers or any secondary party.
