They were originally recommended to me by a friend. I had a hosting package with them for around two years and only cancelled due to the fact I never found sufficient time to create and update my website properly. The package was cheap but had everything I required and I never had any issues.

Customer service is top notch and I was given absolutely no hassle when I cancelled my package. Would definitely recommend to others.

Hostsphere is the best hosting company I have come across, having used many of the other larger hosting companies, I moved to Hostsphere because of the value for money they offer, as well as their excellent support staff.

In terms of uptime, Hostsphere is perfect! my site has only been down once, and that was due to the server being re-booted. They certainly meet the standard that I look for in hosting of 99.999% uptime!

I contacted Hostphere about hosting and setup web hosting with Alex for a website for a project I was working on. So i got my hosting through Hostsphere. The service was very good and Alex was extremely helpful helping me setup the hosting and answering queries i had by phone.

I came to Hostsphere on recommendation and was certainly not disappointed.

My multiple domains were transferred across without any dramas and not being a "Techy" this was just what I wanted.

All my websites 6 in all are hosted here and since being with them the only time they were down was for scheduled maintenance and nothing else.

As a small business it provides me with excellent value for money with the support network I'd only expect from massive companies with huge call centres. The support is literally 24 /7 and always answered in "non Techy" Jargon free way.

There's also an option of having hybrid servers just for your own sites. Certainly something I'm going to look at as they're really well priced.

All in all I wished I'd swapped to Hostsphere earlier!

I've been with Hostsphere for 2 years now and I have to say I am extremely happy with the service I have received.

I have 12 websites and after trying hostsphere with a few of them, I moved them all over to their servers. They offer support service via email and support ticket and is available 24 hours a day. They also have a sales phone line too so you can chat to a human being if you need to.

Their product range is amazing too! They offer standard hosting at amazing prices (from £1.99 a month... I mean, come on!!) along with some server solutions too!

Hostsphere recently introduced a new service called hybrid servers, I might look in to getting one but not sure yet.

Their control panel is a breeze to use and is very easy to navigate and understand. All in all, we couldn't be happier being with Hostsphere.

We would highly recommend them to our friends and families.
