I have trusted the folks at DinoHost.com with the hosting of my domain for over a decade, since January 2009 to be exact.

They have done an excellent job, reminding me of responsibilities on my end, and promptly addressing any problems which I have brought to their attention.

While I'm not certain that they are taking action to promote my site, I suspect that something good is going on due to the high Google rankings of a significant number of my pages.

All this, and it's a great value too.

I've been using Dinohost for years because they generally keep the servers up and running and the rare problems with shared email servers is that the mail servers can get blacklisted due to spam being sent out from the shared server. But these are problems that are not usually under their control, but they usually resolve in a few days. I've never had billing issues with them and since they have migrated to a new server platform, they are quicker to respond to support tickets - even on the weekend. Thanks, Dinohost.

No replies to support requests (for days), an already paid service (a SSL certificate) not provided (they've left expire without renew it). I'm sorry, they were a good hosting provider in the past, but now they're seem to be disappeared. I feel to advise against anybody to buy services by them, at this time.

i have and issue with emails. People from Hotmail.com and gmail.com dont received any email from several accounts in Dinohost.com.

Dinohost tell me that they change de IP because the older one it was in a blacklisted, but nothing has changed. They closed the ticket and the issue with emails is still there.

I am 72. I get totally confused as to pay my accounts - but Dino knows best and always helps me out. Now that is service with a smile over the internet.

I've been with this service for almost a year now, and I've had no disappointment at all. Would recommend it.

Dinohost is the best place possible for fantastic service and prompt response of communication. I have temporarily closed my website for personal reasons and don't need this fine service at this time but will be back when I redesign and reopen the site. All thumbs up! :-)
