So pleased with our TwinTec softener which "just gets on with it" in exchange for the odd block or two of salt and saves us no end of cleaning in the bathroom. No more crunchy bits in the bottom of the kettle for us! Definitely wouldn't go back. My parents and one of my husband's work colleagues have since had one installed and are also very pleased.
