TwinTec S4 bought to replace previous Kinetico softener (which had done 19 years service). Fitted by Aquasoft Softeners Limited, who (as per our experience of their support over some years) arrived as promised and completed the installation in their usual professional, friendly manner, including tidying up afterwards. TwinTec softener is a similar design to our old softener with the added improvement of a clear window to view salt consumption and see when salt needs to be added. New unit has now been in place for two weeks and we are very happy with our choice of product and installer. Would definitely recommend.
