The system has only been in for a week,but the benefits are already apparent. Bathrooms, kitchen, utility room all look clean and sparking, no need for the weekly anti scale sprays. Coffee is so smooth and tastes great. Using far less washing liquid, washing up liquid, soap and shower gels. No need to have a separate water filter jug for filling the kettle. Water is so soft and smooth.Items out of the dishwasher and spotlessly clean and sparkling. We are expecting to see better performance from our radiators this winter, once the soft water has worked its magic on the central heating system.

Definitely happy with our purchase. Nothing to dislike about it!
