We decided to have a water softener installed to gain all the benefits of having soft water. We also wanted to retain our untreated water taps outside for gardening. Harveys dealt with our needs and the whole installation process was more or less pain free. I did take quite a long time, about 10 hours but we ended up with everything we wanted. the most amazing thing is how clean all the basins, showers and bath stayed, it all looks like new!
