Nu Brilliance is a cheap product made in China, falls apart after several uses.Goods were delivered to me
in broken box, no sealant as if it was delivered after someone return it back.
Reported problem ASAP to JML. Member of staff contacted me and after 20 days extensive e-mails reached some solution on a refund plus refund on postage. Sent product back via Royal Mail, e-mailed copies to JML, had a confirmation on refund, etc.
After 20 days of checking my credit card statements amount of refund on a product was incorrect, postage money were not included at all. Contacted JML.
Another JML assistant wrote me that she is not aware on my original agreement, asked me to prove postage for the second time. Manager involved and she lied that the person with whom I made an agreement does not work for JML any longer, accused me existing customer of being greedy, despite all my negotiations on a first place confirmed via e-mails, so I have a proof.
Glad to finish with JML for good, bad quality products and delivery, badly trained staff, constant mislead and mistakes.
Difficulties with receiving money back, mistake in money refund.

Friendly advise if you respect yourself, your time and money do not
buy from JML! This company is off my list.
