I have been waiting twelve days for a delivery; but as they use the appalling EVRi couriers, that's perhaps not surprising. It was supposedly 'out for delivery' three days running. However, as C&C's customer service and communications are as poor as those of EVRi (which are non-existent), I am also waiting to hear from C&C what has happened with my package.
As with other companies with poor customer service, they trot out the old 'experiencing high volume of calls' as an excuse for their failure to respond quickly to queries and complaints. I will NOT be using them again, and will give rival hobbymaker my business.
