I think it was 2017 I ordered a Brother Scan and Cut/
THE FIRDT PAYMENT WAS IN MY ACCOUNT AND FOLOWING PAYMENTS TOO.
TO THEN FIND OUT TWO PAYMENTS DOWN THE LINE I RECIDVE A LETTER SAYING THE FIRST PAYMENT HAD BEEN TAKEN.
HOW PATHETIC IS THIS TO SAY THE LEAST.
THIS RESULTED IN NUMEROUS CONVERSATIONS RESUTING IN TALKING TO AGENTS WHOSE ENGLISH WERE PRETTY DIRE, SAYING I WILL GET SOMEONE TO CALL ME TORESOLVE THESE ISSUES THIS NEVER HAPPENED.
IT RESULTED IN GOING TO MOORCROFT DEBT RECOVERHY.
BLOODY DISGUSTING NOT DOWN TO ME TO PAY 20.00 ADMIN CHARGE WHEN YOUR ERRORS AND I AM NOT INTENDING TO STILL.
NOT ONLY THAT I DIDNT BENEFITR MY MEMBERSHIP.
DISGUSTING AS A SHOPPING CHANNEL AND NOT SURE HOW YOU HAVE WON AWARDS FOR HOW YOU YTRSTY YOUR CUSTOMERS
WHY SHOULD I MISS OUT ON THE GOOD DEALS
