Everything went smoothly, the car seat was in perfect condition. It was installed in our car and adjusted to our daughter's height by Little Rascals (so no fiddling around). Highly recommended!

This company is fantastic, the range of toys and equipment is perfect covering the needs for both our newborn and toddler. Everything arrived in excellent condition and the delivery / collection process was straightforward. We will definitely be using again and have recommended this company to our friends and family.

For anyone worried about what an airline might do to your child's car seat, this service is a brilliant option. On the day service was excellent - they arrived exactly as expected and very promptly sorted out the seat for us, fitting it into our hire car. Both were friendly and really helpful. The only room for a bit of improvement is communications - I found an email and whatsapp message both went unanswered at different times which caused a little bit of stress. Perhaps give them plenty of time to answer messages. Ultimately don't worry too much though - I was stressing as a relatively new mum and their system is very good, if they have your flight times etc the times they suggest for drop off and collection will be fine as they are very efficient, even when you aren't!

She was super helpful and friendly and helped us out with a last minute need of a car seat. Will definitely be using again next time we are over in Portugal.

We hired a cot bed for my little boy (2.5yrs) during our stay in Albufeira. It was by far the best thing we did, he slept so well. He loved his bed so much that he got a little upset when it was collected lol. Little Rascals were a pleasure to deal with, cot bed was super clean and the best part.... Staff setup and took down the cot bed for you... Hassle free service. Will definitely use again.

This is a extremely useful service for family holidays; just what you need when traveling with children. Very reliable and accommodating service; delievery of the items directly to our location. The toys were in good condition and suited the age of the kids. At short notice we aslo got some good children's car seats as the ones provided by the car rental company were in very bad condition. If you stay for a longer period, it becomes rather costly.

everything ran smmothly from when we collected the car with the car seats and toys ready, we also added golf clubs which were delivered and picked up with ease to our resort. again on drop off it was all so simple and made the stress of travelling home so easy. We have used you before in 2021, so this was our 2nd experience and we will continue to use your services when we visit portugal. have already recommended to family and friends travelling over there.

After doing my research for our holiday in Vilamoura, and reading through Little Rascals reviews, I placed an order for delivery to our hotel for a selection of toys for our 1.5 year old son, as well as a playmat and nappies. The communication before we set off was brilliant, I got a phone call the day before we left, confirming all our timings, and it made me feel so much more relaxed, one less thing for a mum to think about! Even when we were delayed, I kept in touch with Little Rascals. When we arrived at the hotel, our Reception told us everything was already in our room, which was a blessing after a huge flight delay and a fussy toddler. The toys were an amazing selection of books, blocks, jigsaw, football etc, the playmat was used the full holiday as the apartment floors were so hard, and the nappies were perfect! Collection was easy too, we just dropped them back off at Reception. I can't recommend enough, I tell everyone about it! It made a somewhat stressful holiday (holidays with toddlers will always be a bit stressful!) but Little Rascals made it sooo much easier!! Highly recommend!

We ordered a pushchair and car seat for our Portugal Holiday in August. Little Rascals were fantastic. They were waiting for us on arrival, put the car seat in for us and showed the workings of the pushchair. Both items were lovely and clean and in very good condition. Our grandson loved the pushchair and was very comfortable in it. On our return to the airport we were again met on our arrival. Both ladies we met were friendly, courteous and helpful. We will definitely recommend Little Rascals to our family and friends.

She provided an absolutely thorough and precise service that catered to the needs of a large and at times complicated group. Despite all the different requests that at times choose and changed, she remained totally unflappable and dealt with everything with charm and grace. In terms of dealing with the rental car company we were grouped with they were less easy to deal with and trying to pay for our car was quite an issue as their card reader didn’t seem to work properly, which meant tracking back to the airport to get cash out of the atm while out 15mins year old son was forced to wait in the heat before we could finally get out car. However Ilthat isn’t down to little rascals. They might want to rethink the car companies they use though

Little Rascals was recommended to me by the W Algarve and they were so great. I booked their rentals on behalf of my boss (I am a personal assistant). They were on top of all order changes and the drop off and pick-up coordination with the hotel were easy and seamless. Absolutely will use them again if they go back!

I booked the hire of a prep machine through a recommendation from a friend. It was fab and we will definitely be using them again when we return next year. A member of the team met us at arrivals to give us the machine and met us again at the end of the holiday for us to drop it back off. Both ladies were very friendly and lovely. Easy, affordable and really helped make our holiday a lot easier with the night feeds! Thanks again team.

Extremely happy with the service we received. Driver that collected us was extremely friendly and the car was in superb condition. Both car seats (baby and toddler) were of great quality and the stroller we rented was excellent - perfect condition, very durable and easy to use. Using Little Rascals for airport transfer made our journey with 2 small kids considerably less stressful, renting the stroller meant we had to carry less through the airport and all in all allowed for stress free/relaxed travel! Would highly recommend, thanks so much for a great service and we look forward to using you again!

The team at little rascals were brilliant. I had questions and they gave me a call really quickly to discuss what I needed and arranged a really convenient pick up and drop off option. Products on offer were a great selection! It’s such a great service and I have already recommended it to any friends traveling with kids! I have no idea why we didn't start using Little Rascals sooner - it would have made our holidays so much easier. Excellent communications from head office before I placed our order and friendly and professional telephone manner at all times. We loved having ultra clean and safe car seats put in our hire car at the airport and very easy to have them collected from our car on our return journey. We hired three junior beds, a baby bath support and a bed guard for our recent stay along with various toddler toilet aids and all were placed as requested in our villa the day of our arrival. Little Rascals even installed two safety gates for us so we could pen in the little ones whilst unpacking and settling in our bedrooms without worrying about the marble staircase. Well worth the money for peace of mind when holidaying with three x three year olds and a new baby too. Definitely using their services again next year.

Flawless planning and communication. We weren't the easiest to deal with, a big group with lots of different requirements but everything went without a hitch. Would definitely recommend. Car was there on time with the contact waiting for us on departure too. The bed we hired was comfortable and Little Rascals made the right decision to send it to our address instead of packing it in the car. It definitely wouldn't have fit which would've left us with a big problem at 10pm in a foreign country! Thanks to the team. Hopefully I'll get to use your services again soon.
