Do Not Use Go2ua For Translations

Technically speaking the translation I received was correct. But they did not maintain the agreement I made with them. Basically I made an agreement about what would be included in the work with one employee from Go2UA but the owner is the one that rules the business and just changed conditions after waiting 5 days already for my translation which should have been included.

It is a pity but I definately do not recommend to work with them. In business you need to keep your promises if you wish to have long term relations. This type of character behind the business does not help to a establish a trustful international business contact.

Donetsk Airport Taxi To Mariupol - Part Of Euro 2012 Travel

Alina (the Manager) was so helpful and the taxi was waiting as arranged. Considering the distances (120km or thereabouts) the cost was very reasonable. Highly recommended.

Intrepreters - Ukraine

I recently traveled to Kiev, Ukraine for my business trip. After some research, I needed to learn Russian or Ukrianian to get around. I googled the internet and found www.go2ua.com website. I sent an e-mail and Alina responded to my travel needs such as an airport pick-up, apartment or hotel and interpreting services.

I was skeptical in hiring a translator as I heard and experienced them over charging and not translating properly. Anyway, I arrived in Kiev at night and Alina was at the airport to pick me up. She was on time and I didn't have to worry about the usually taxi drivers over charging me and can't find a destination or charging me extra money as a foreigner.

I arrived in Kiev and apartment booked wasn't to my taste, so the next morning I check-out and called Alina to find me another apartment in Kiev that was more modern and updated plus internet was a must for my computer work.

We found an apartment that was near the city center and priced right. It was $60USD a night compared to some hotels charging $249USD a night. After staying a week, the apartment was comfortable and pretty quiet. The metro was two blocks away, so transportation was not an issued.

Alina was also very helpful in showing me around the city after my work. Her English skills are very good and I didn't have to repeat myself in our conversations.

After about a week of translations services, she seemed very honest and told me the ins and outs of the city and about the country. It was like having your own book about Ukraine and their culture. We agreed on the hourly price and the days I needed service which was the whole week.

I did pay for her lunch and dinner which was not bad since I ask her to take me to decent Ukrainian resturants that were not overly price.

So, during my business trip, I enjoyed seeeing Ukraine and the City of Kiev (Russian Version) or Kyiv (Ukrainian) and will use Alina's interpreting service when I return to Kiev in next few months.
