TravelStay has a easy to use booking procedure, however the Side opens too many new windows (instead of tabs) after the booking is done. The print feature leaves you with a blank sheet - the newly opened window has to be printed manually... Apart from that - the offers made are excellent :-)… Read Full Review

It was so easy to book on the telephone. The person I dealt with was great, and explained everything to me clearly on the phone. After 10 minutes, I received the email confirmation as well. It is very helpful and you can get a quick reply for what you need or require. The only thing that is not handy is when you book different types of rooms you have to book it separately. Booked two one-night stays at separate hotels recently. I was unable to print out the confirmation e-mails which I immediately received. The Travelstay staff couldn't have been more helpful in trying to resolve the problem. Any misgivings I had in contacting this site which I had not previously contacted were immediately laid to rest.
