Booked using traveloka. Was very disappointed. Customer service at its finest DISRESPECTFUL. They do not know anything about your booking. They would not assist you in any way. Book with KIWI.COM INSTEAD AND NOT WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!
They are not in any way helpful. Bad service! I even remove the app on my cp
