Purchased my flight wrongly and unable to get refund (I had spoken with a few CS - some of them said I could get refund some of them said its not applicable) and it had me waste so much time trying to call them for refund/rescheduling my flight.

They could not liase with the airline to give me a cheaper fee. The fee for reschedule is actually higher than buying the whole new ticket!

I have been a loyal customer for 3 years but now it has gone terrible, and I will never use Traveloka again.

Thanks for the bad memory.
