I booked via this company to fly from Southampton to Leeds-Bradford, turned up at the airport at 7am today to be told by a young woman that they’ve put me on the later flight today 17.25 . I paid £30 for a taxi to the airport only to pay another £30 to go home again and then another £30 to go later today. They said they emailed me and to look in my Spam but no emails anywhere. Do not expect any customer service The price was good. Ticket arrived fine. I paid £30 for extra services including dietary requirements and choice of seat. I emailed my requirements the next day. Two emails, a phone call and 9 weeks later I’ve been told: you also have to pay for the seat allocation with the airline (I could have done that at the time of booking so no need for this extra service) and they cannot get me a nut free diet (I am highly allergic). Had to pay for additional services to purchase extra baggage for the flight. Questioned travel2be 3 weeks before departure about no checked in luggage showed up on my booking/tickets. It seems like the review I am writing will be just one of a million complaints against T2B / Travelgenio. I purchased a ticket from T2B in December 2019 for travel in July 2020. Since the pandemic hit, the flight was canceled in June 2020. T2B sent me a message saying the refund would be processed soon and I would get the refund in 60-90 days. I booked a trip from Cyprus to Cairo with transit in Instanbul through Travel2Be. Booked a flight With them for July 2021. Paid 50% more for checked baggage, receipt email included paid for bags. Later online tickets did not. I've had my flight cancelled due to covid 19. You would expect after sending over a dozen email that I would get some sort of reply. Every single phone call that I try to arrange would get cut off after being on hold for over five minutes. I needed to change dates for 2 tickets bought for my 80 and 82 year old parents. I was charged 480 Euro (huge money for 2 pensioners) for the change which I immediately paid and got a voice confirmation from a sales person that it has been expedited. I was supposed to receive a mail with a new ticket number in a few hours time.
