“The Customer is Always ... Wrong! ”

Wow Thomson's, you have had some pretty damning reviews on here! Does anyone form Thomson's actually ready any of this stuff?? Do they actually care? Anybody?

I have come to the conclusion that Thomson's are trying a slant with their Customer Service tactics:

1. The customer is always WRONG :)
2. If there is a mistake in the booking or your luggage is lost or delayed it's your (the customer's) fault because you are STUPID :)
3. If you have been a loyal customer for many years don't bother mentioning it as they can't prove it apparently and you're probably LYING :)
4. Don't bother writing or emailing with any grievances because you are not WORTHY of a response :)

If you remember all of the above you will be fine ;)
