Do Not Touch-4 Weeks After Promised No Refund

STILL WAITING FOR FULL REFUND PROMISED. This company did not produce fares as promised. The alternative fares offered were not acceptable- they have not responded to letters and emails and the bank are now having to chase as a card dispute! complaint registered with Citizens Advice who have reported to Trading standards. This was our first family holiday in 12 years...save yourself the Heart ache and book with someone reputable.

We received a refund at the end of Feb/beginning of March after much chasing from our bank. To date we've never had an apology or acknowledgement. We were advised by our bank if we'd paid for this on credit card we could have gone after them for out of pocket expenses (i.e what we paid extra for alternative flights etc)...lesson learnt

Fantastic, Efficient Service

I am greatly appreciated the services rendered to me by the Travel Indicator for my family holiday. I can confidently say the service was splendid, everything was great, especially the moderation of the ticket they secured for my family.

I am therefore have no hesitation to recommend anyone who is looking for a reliable and efficient travel agency to look no further but rather go for the Travel Indicator who always offer their customers second to none services.

No Tickets

IF YOU WANT TO TAKE A CHANCE AND DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE PAY BY CREDIT CARD.

Booked & paid for tickets on the 25th July and was told they would take 24 to 48 hours to be allocated by the back office. After 48 hours I was told they would be allocated over night. On Friday 29th July Mac Gomes said busy period when tickets were required but he expected them to be allocated on 1 August but latest would be Friday 5th August. Now there is no response to emails and customer service email address comes back with message "Domain name not found".

The Worst Agents Ever

I have had the worst experience with this travel agent we booked and paid for our tickets weeks ago and never ever got a ticket every time I called up chasing I was told one lie to the other these guys are a fake don't give them your money!!!!!!

just to give people an update we are still awaiting a refund from this agent which I doubt will ever happen this has gone on since we first made payment in January and when have been requesting a refund for over 3 months now and every time I call you im either told our agent Mac is not available or I should wait even longer for the refund. at one point I was even told that they no longer have access to the bank account we paid the funds into

looking through all the "good" comments on here you can tell its all written by the agents them self. this is all fake if you give them your money you wont get tickets and neither will you get your money back.

why is it every time I called up asking to speak to Mac I'm being told he is on a call and he never returns my call.

Why are you lying I have given my name and the names of the agents I've been dealing with.

This issue has still not been resolved we still have not received our tickets and now we are waiting for a refund meanwhile your agents are still insisting that it would be better for us to wait for the etickets than to get a refund.

We just want our money back

Your agents have lied to us over and over again

You know there is an issue you just don't want people to believe so you guys are not even registered.

So anyone looking to book with these people please check that they are registered agents first

I'm dealing with 2 agents both don't want to speak on the phone and I'm being emailed by him still telling me to wait for our tickets after I've been asking for a refund

Has anyone used The Travel Indicator? Just booking a flight and they had a good price but follow up customer service (responding to phone calls and emails) is very poor. They say they are ATOL but there is no mention on their web or on their letter headed paperwork and that makes me a bit nervous. If a travel company is ATOL registered surely they would advertise it? I hope someone out there can reassure me! Thank you.

They are good in talking and follow ups... I am a very impatient customer, I called 10 times on the day of making payment, Every time answered with the same willingness to help.
