I recently completed the tour with your company.

the accommodation was excellent.
the rooms were spacious.
Dinners were tasty..
Breakfast was good.Those of us who arrived 10 mins early for breakfast could start as meals were
prepared early

The tour guide was outstanding, and helpful. Had a good knowledge of the attractions.
Captain was also outstanding and helpful. An excellent driver.

All in all my mother and I really enjoyed the trip.

There are some negatives that I will like to point out.
we were seated at 21/22
there was a child directly behind us and there was a child 3 rows in front of us.
Parents with children should sit in the back.
Children should not sit close to the elderly.
The child behind us kept on screaming, talking singing etc She
also kept on kicking the seat..hurting and distracting my mother and I.
Even the child in front kept on screaming.
we both couldn't hear the guide even thou she was using a microphone.
Children were using their tablets with out headphones...with loud volume.
for 3 days we actually had both children sitting behind us...
Too much off crying and fighting..
Which I feel was very unfair to both of us.
We couldn't even sleep.
They were very annoying and irritating.
The noise and pain from children made my perfect trip flawed and imperfect.

The Tour Guide did acknowledge that the child were vert distracting..But the parents
didn't listen to her.

The company should be more strict with parents whose children dont listen.
Both of us paid for the trip and we were not comforable.
Parents should also be told to clean up after their children.
One child dropped their sweets in the bus, we tramped then messing the coach
and also making the floors slippery.
I have been on other tours with children, I didn't have a problem.
Startours should actually have a policy in regards to children.

Also we got delayed in everyplace as the passengers would take
their own time to get in the bus or come to the bus.
I can't understand why passengers will stand around the bus instead of getting in.
If passengers don't follow to strict time they should be left behind.
At each place we left about 20-30mis after the agreed time, which in turn made us
arrive very late for supper and then to the hotel.
This is no fault of the guide or the Captain
With other tour groups we were next to the bus 5-10mins before bus left.If bus was opened people
will sit in the bus.

Food at breakfast and dinner should be labeled.
Also during dinner buffet add 2 serving spoons instead off 2 people can dish out food
saving time..

The trip was amazing. I would definitely use Startours again.

Thank you for your great feedback. We appreciate your kind words.

Also we would like to thank you for your recommendations, some of which we can definitely accommodate, i.e. two serving spoons we have started to implement this where possible as you are absolutely correct it would make things quicker and more efficient.

We do try to be fair with our seating policy and we do expect parents to manage the etiquette, however we are unable to exercise this as we do not want to offend anyone.
