i booked my flights with sky scanner and specifically chose virgin atlantic as my operator and even paid the extra £500 per person to do so. Once i had received all the booking confirmaton, this still stated virgin. when trying to book seats online we found out that we were flying with Jet Airways, however no where when the booking were made were we told this was the case. I called both airline operators and they both advise that this was an error on behalf of sky scanner. when phoning Sky scanner they hung up on me 3 times when they found out i was complaining! Worse that they cannot speak to me on the phone and address this issue. Would never book with them again and i advise no one else to as well
