they do not care for the customer. they lie about service fees and charges. I called four times to confirm price and the charged me a higher amount. they do not care to take the time to ensure the details are correct, of example,I waited 2 days to recieve confirmation, 4 times i called to confirm email,..it was never corrected. the agents don't care and the managers are even worse.

Cheaper and better service to go directly to the hotel to book. i would never use this company again, nor would i refer it to anyone.

I booked Four Points by Sheraton, Punta Gorda Harborside. I wanted to write a review because now a days, its hard to trust companies. Well this site was so easy to understand, the pricing was so cheap compared to my other searches. I was delighted to see the hotel accommodations were exactly as I wanted. The service during my stay was great!!! I will travel thru you always. Thanks so much!

This was a great site. Easy to navigate. Interesting site. There are a lot of choices out there but i liked this one. I will use it again.

I used RoomStays and got a great deal on my stay at the Baltimore Airport Sheraton. The site is really easy to use, even for someone like me who doesn't usually book hotels online. I didn't have a single problem with my reservation or with my hotel. The reviews on the website were very accurate.

I'll be using RoomStays again in the future, and I'd recommend it to anyone!

Booked a hotel in new york, in my opinion in roomstays.com it was really easy to find a hotel i wanted, you can search by price range or star rating and very accurate information as well as great deals. Can not believe i got the room rate i got. I highly recommend this site. very informative content too.

Just stayed at Shelborne Beach Resort in miami, booked through roomstays.com, rates were very resonable through this site, i checked about 5 different site for the rare and on roomstays.com i found the cheapest room rate. Hotel was really nice as described on the site. The process of booking through this site is also very user friendly. I will definitely book again here.
