I requested to postpone my flight tickets on 08/01/2022 due to Covid . My actual flight ticket was on 10/01/2022 , A customer representative told he would postpone the ticket and get back to me. Next day I called and checked , the reply was the same . Today suddenly I received a mail stating there is no show on your flying day , and our tickets cannot be rescheduled or canceled. How stupid are you to deceive innocent people like this . I need my complete refund .Giving false hope in this Covid situation. Really disgusting. There is no one to take care of this issue seriously. Who’ll return my 2000AED ?
