Booked a camping site through PutchUp a week before. Decided to cancel within 24h of booking or reschedule for future date. No refund as stated by PitchUp: I cancelled 12 weeks prior arrival so no refund. If i want to change the date-20£ admin fee (total booking was 40£). Absolute sham! complete ignorance of UK Consumer Law.
Find a camp site on PitchUp and call directly to site ignoring PitchUp as advised by camping site them selfs.
